I think we forget sometimes, with all the red tape and politics, that we have a massive influence on the children in our care. That our year together has influence beyond the things we teach. It is about how we treat the children and the wider questions which last forever. I sometimes let the stress of work decide how I act in the classroom. My target for the summer is to just enjoy the children's company.
